Disney Specialized Operations’ focus is on driving the growth of our automated programmatic business from the operational side. Fast moving and fast growing, Disney’s Ad Sales is putting an emphasis on automation and ad technology platforms/partners serviced and managed via the Specialized Operations team.
Job Summary:
Disney Specialized Operations team is seeking a who will be an exceptional addition to our team. The primary responsibility for this role is to assist the Manager, Specialize Operations with daily team activities and projects, lean in to triage and resolve advanced and high visibility escalations, assist Specialized Ops Specialists with all required aspects of their day-to-day workflow, and act as the Specialist's and stakeholder team’s first point of contact. The Senior Ad Ops Solutions Specialist will be working across internal and external teams to align processes, improve workflows and training, and strengthen partnerships with SSPs and DSPs supporting technically and operationally all programmatic sales efforts and offerings

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
Triage and resolve high priority and high visibility escalations across Disney Ad Sales' programmatic campaigns and serve as a trusted escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and debugging efforts.
Support integration and testing and certifying of SSP and DSP partners.
Undertake special strategic project/initiative to advance programmatic offerings/capabilities.
Partner closely with SSP and DSP partners to drive incremental revenue.
Assist Specialized Ops Specialists daily activities, leaning in to assist them with advanced tier 1 campaign support and serve as subject matter expert on internal ad servers.
Monitor private marketplace delivery and performance.
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
3+ years of experience in digital media operations
2 years of Ad Operations Experience
Experience in a programmatic role at a DSP, SSP, publisher or technology company
Strong understanding of programmatic landscape/industry/offerings
Ability to work well with limited supervision
Deep interest in troubleshooting, finding, and resolving complex campaign-related challenges
Takes initiative and able to foster sales and partner relationships while focused on customer service
Should have experience with connected TV platforms and video formats (VAST & VPAID)

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $100,100 - $134,200 per year, and in Chicago, IL and Santa Monica, CA is $95,500 - $128,000per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
