This opportunity is exclusively for students who are currently on, or who have previously participated in a Disney College Program.
The approximate dates of this internship is January 2026 through June 2026.
What You Will Do:
We are looking for someone with a passion for Disney Programs, who can speak knowledgeably about program offerings and benefits and utilize their background in social media content creation, videography and photography to support communication for and about our Program participants.
As a Digital Content Intern, some of your responsibilities could be…
- Helping tell the Disney Programs story through engaging, high-quality visual content for various platforms and audiences, including both short- and long-form videos, photography and social media content.
- Supporting the culture, values and mission of Disney Programs through creative storytelling, educational resources and meaningful engagement across platforms.
- Ideating, planning and facilitating shoots, including managing schedules, communicating with talent and filming and editing final content.
- Attending program and housing events, trips and offerings to capture content and highlight the full program experience.
- Collaborating directly and fostering relationships with key partners to identify storytelling and content creation opportunities.
- Staying up to date on video trends and best practices, constantly evaluating our processes to ensure we are meeting expectations and reaching our audience.
- Managing multiple content and video projects simultaneously while also maintaining deadlines.
- Working closely with communications and creative team members to plan, project manage and produce content, always ensuring everything adheres to brand guidelines and meets Disney’s high standards of quality.
- Maintaining digital asset libraries as well as photo/video equipment inventory.
- Supporting program events, including arrivals, learning offerings and end-of-program capstone events.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Current OR previous participation in the Disney College Program.
- Bachelor’s degree in video production, photography, communications, media studies or related.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
- Proven experience shooting and editing video content for a variety of platforms include web and social media.
- Outgoing self-starter with a love for people and storytelling.
- Experience using social media in a professional setting, specifically YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but is also comfortable working independently.
- A team player who is able to build relationships, works well with others, shares ideas and is receptive to feedback
- A passion for the cast member/employee experience and a drive to help support and contribute to creating a positive, meaningful program for our participants.
Education:
- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Major or previous coursework in in video production, photography, communications, media studies or related.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Fully available for the duration of the internship (approximately 40 hours each week)
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.50 per hour.
