How you will contribute to our magical experience?
The Assistant, DASP Promotions & Sponsorships will be responsible for acting as a project manager supporting various sales executives and clients. This role will lead the development, approval process, implementation, and follow-up of brand partnership proposals aligned with key business priorities: Theatrical, Streaming, Franchise, and Live Events.
The Assistant, DASP Promotions & Sponsorships will be responsible for:
- Implementation of promotions and sponsorships, from approvals with Marketing and Studios to communication and monitoring with direct clients.
- Development and adaptation of creative proposals.
- Translate all of our partner’s communication to review with Studios US.
- Control and update all of our internal reports and information for the sales team.
- Responsible and link for promotions with ILS, verifying that all promotional partners have their FAMAs and audits in order.
- Coordination, monitoring and management of budgets.
- Concentrate, register and organize the financial and conceptual information of Promotions in Disney systems.
- Mastery of Disney guidelines and policies to always ensure the care of all our brands.
What we need from you to be part of this story
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Interest in marketing, sales, and commercial operations.
- 1 year of experience in internships, part-time roles, or similar positions.
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
- No specific academic background required – if you're studying or recently graduated, that’s great.
- Comfortable with basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Organized, responsible, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
