How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Employee Relations Analyst, part of the HR team in Latin America, will manage ER processes throughout the employee life cycle in Mexico. Responsibilities include collaborating on investigations, reviewing employment policies, aligning company policies with strategies and legislation, and focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role involves analyzing ER data to identify root causes, managing risk factors, guiding leaders, building professional presentations for executives, and upholding company values.
The Analyst will be responsible for:
Partner closely with the ER regional team and HR Mexico to support detailed analysis of employees’ requests or inquiries in Mexico.
Drive and support the ER Sr. Analyst with investigations, creating, and delivering findings and recommendations.
Support the ER regional team in identifying themes among cases.
Help promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance regarding practices, company policy and relevant employment laws through interactions with business leaders.
Collaborate to facilitate in-person in-house compliance, and other ER-related trainings.
Collaborate with the HR team in employee transitions process and organizational changes.
Produce high quality documentation, including case reports, employee communications and ER tracker.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR COEs promoting company values and providing guidance regarding policies and procedures.
Partner with the HR team in activities or tasks that help to enhance the employee experience and maintain a safe work environment.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR personnel administration, labor, HR generalist.
Ability to partner and communicate professionally.
Ability to share complex analysis via storytelling and visualization.
Ability working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to manage multifaceted projects.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Advanced level of English.
