- Innovation: We develop and implement groundbreaking products and techniques that shape industry norms and solve complex and distinctive technical problems.
Product Management is responsible for driving the overall user experience, feature strategies and concepts, and engagement paradigms for Disney Entertainment & ESPN's global portfolio of consumer-facing streaming and digital products – including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, ABC, ABC News, Nat Geo, Marvel, and Star Wars.
Job Summary:
Providing an intuitive and accurate Search service to get subscribers to their content as quickly and efficiently as possible, in their language of choice, is a cornerstone of the Disney Streaming experience. Delivering a good Search experience is both art and science, relying on content expertise, machine learning, human psychology, and rapid experimentation to get users to the content they are looking for with minimum inputs. The work we do has a huge impact – Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology enables experiences for hundreds of millions of subscribers globally across Disney+, Hulu and ESPN. And we’re just getting started.
We are looking for a Product Manager with passion for content discovery and user experience to craft the tools and experiences for our users to find the right content at the right time. - Pitch and assess new initiatives with the critical lens of an investor; we have limited bandwidth and plenty of opportunities to improve - what should we do first?

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a product manager for consumer-facing products
- Experience in social/entertainment space (music, video, social)
- Experience working in a fast-paced consumer product
- Familiar with A/B experimentation methods and hypothesis-driven development
- You are creative, collaborative, results-oriented and scrappy
Required Education
