How you will contribute to our magical experience?

The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Retail Manager in the development and execution of strategic retail projects and promotional campaigns across key regions in Brazil. This role plays a crucial part in expanding Disney’s presence in physical and digital retail channels, ensuring alignment with category priorities, and delivering actionable insights and updates to stakeholders to drive business growth.

The Sr. Analyst, Retail will be responsible for:

  • Report to Retail Manager in charge of regional retailers and projects.
  • Development of new retail channels, regional chains for the expansion of DCP businesses and Retail Campaigns, franchises visibility.
  • Develop Retail projects on brick & mortar and digitalin Brazil North, Midwest, Northeast.
  • Implement forecasted retail calendar for the fiscal year.
  • Develop and monitor the evolution of projects within retail area.
  • Work closely with categories to be aligned on categories priorities.
  • Execute and deliver promotional campaigns and retail projects.
  • Maintenance of controls and project planning.
  • Interacts with all DCP categories, creative and marketing teams to run information exchange.
  • Being in touch with marketing team to get all approvals when necessary.
  • Manage primary and secondary accounts in retail to develop the new commercial vision and get opportunities.
  • Responsible for reports and area updates to show all deliveries and projects in retail department.
  • Ensure that all information arrives accurately on all stakeholders.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 3–4 years of experience in entertainment or licensing industries, with background in product categories and retail environments such as supermarkets
  • Advanced level of English. Intermediate level of Spanish.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication.
  • Previous experience dealing with project management, communication, and publicity.
  • Trade Marketing Management. Planning and executing in-store strategies.
  • Market Analysis, using data to understand trends and consumer behavior.
  • KPI Management, monitoring sell-in, sell-out, market share, and campaign ROI.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Management. Ability to work with retailers and distributors.
  • Merchandising & Visual Merchandising. Knowledge of product display and activation at the POS.
  • Digital Marketing, integration of online and offline campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication & commercial skills
  • Software skills needed: MS Office Package (Most Important: PowerPoint and excel)
  • Leadership, Sales, Communication.
  • Commercial and trade marketing experience.
