We’re seeking a Supervisor, Workplace Experience who will be an exceptional addition to the Workplace Experience (WE) team for the Santa Monica office. Reporting into the Hulu Strategic Planning and Strategy team, the WE team is a highly dynamic group focused on enabling business needs and culture for all tenants in the Santa Monica and Glendale campuses, ensuring implementation and smooth operations of backend and frontend systems, as well as serving as office liaison to business functions and employees alike in close coordination with our business partners across the organization.
With nearly 400,000 square feet across two buildings and nine floors, the Santa Monica campus supports a diverse and fast-paced environment, housing 10 Business Units—including DTC, Product & Tech, Marketing, Legal, and Ad Sales—and servicing 18 kitchens and hundreds of employees and guests daily. A dedicated, full-time Supervisor is essential to orchestrate the day-to-day operations of this complex facility. This role will ensure a consistent, unified, and high-quality experience across all touchpoints—from amenities and events to space management and vendor coordination—allowing teams to stay focused on driving business outcomes while the campus runs seamlessly behind the scenes. The Supervisor will report into the Manager, Workplace Experience and work closely with them to align on strategy, prioritize initiatives, and provide hands-on support across daily operations.
What You Will Do
Day to day facilities management & operations:
- Oversee day-to-day campus operations for Hulu’s Santa Monica location, ensuring smooth functioning of all Workplace Experience services across facilities, hospitality, and workplace systems
- Proactively manage preventative and emergency maintenance and perform regular site audits
- Track the Hulu office budget, including emergency and preventative maintenance, repair costs, project budgets, operational supplies, and more
- Engage, negotiate, manage, and audit third-party vendors including but not limited to food and beverage, janitorial, event support, furniture, and supplies to maintain a high standard of service
Office partner management & communication:
- Partner with managed services teams (IT, AV, Networking, and Security) to ensure integrated support for hybrid work, meeting room technology, employee onboarding, and visitor experience
- In collaboration with Internal Comms, manage all large-scale onsite events and activations, including BU-specific town halls to full-campus initiatives
- Own all office communication around operations updates, including service disruptions, new amenities, space policies, events, etc
- Serve as a centralized point of contact for all 10 Business Units located within the office, fielding requests, facilitating solutions, and creating cross-functional alignment
- Champion the workplace service request lifecycle via platforms like ServiceNow, ensuring ticket flow is monitored, resolved in a timely manner, and documented for reporting and trends.
Proactive culture championship & optimization:
- Monitor employee sentiment and feedback regarding the workplace experience and amenities, using it to inform service improvements or new initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying gaps in operational workflows, proposing new systems, etc and see through to process creation
- Develop and maintain workplace documentation, such as SOPs, process maps, welcome guides, event toolkits, and training materials
- Manage WE Assistants and indirectly supervise other WE team members
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BA/BS Degree
- 4+ years of professional experience in Workplace Experience, office operations, facilities or similar role
- People management experience nice to have
- Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as with Google Workspace programs: Google Sheets and Docs
- Experience with corporate purchasing
- Passion for customer service and an innate emotional intelligence with a proven ability to perceive needs, issues, and preferences of others
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize and exercise judgment
- A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with limited day-to-day guidance
- High standards for work quality, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple requests, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

The hiring range for this position in CA is $83,700.00 to $135,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
