Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager, Product Management within the Ad Platform technology team at DE&ET, you will be a part of the team defining Addressable advertising. You will lead a team of high-performing product managers overseeing Disney Campaign Manager. You will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of Self-Service tools that power advertising across Disney’s streaming platforms. We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader with a proven ability to build intuitive, scalable self-service management tools for small and medium businesses (SMBs), as well as deep knowledge of sales-supported models and strong experience driving API integrations with external partners. Your focus will be on empowering advertisers and sales teams to seamlessly create, optimize, and analyze campaigns via Disney Campaign Manager—partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver value to our diverse user base. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
- Drive the strategy, vision, and execution for Disney Campaign Manager with a focus on self-service features for SMB advertisers, robust support for sales-assisted workflows, and seamless end-to-end API integrations for partner onboarding and campaign lifecycle management.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing product managers, ensuring clear responsibilities and career development opportunities.
- Define and prioritize product requirements that reflect advertiser pain points, address sales and operational needs, and enable scalable revenue growth.
- Ensure that product specifications, user stories, and backlogs are actionable, consumer-centric, and easily consumable by engineering partners.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Foster open communication and efficient collaboration among stakeholders.
- Establish and champion processes and tools that streamline campaign set-up, management, reporting, and integration with third-party systems via APIs.
- Advocate for the SMB customer, ensuring our platform offers intuitive workflows, onboarding, support, and analytics tailored to a wide range of advertising needs.
- Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to align on key value metrics, including user adoption, cost reduction, and revenue growth. Set and track OKRs, adjusting the roadmap as needed to deliver on business priorities.
- Monitor product health, competitive landscape, and industry trends to anticipate user needs and guide the evolution of Disney’s Self Service platform.
- Identify and champion investments in both self-service technology and sales-supported features that drive business outcomes and exceptional user experiences.
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or related fields, with significant time spent in Advertising Technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success delivering self-service tools and workflows for Advertisers in a media, advertising, or digital SaaS environment
- Experience enabling both self-serve and sales-assisted campaign management solutions
- Track record of designing, building, and scaling robust APIs for third-party integrations
- Strategic thinker with ability to define roadmap and long-term vision in partnership with Engineering and business leaders
- Strong project management and communication skills; ability to work with diverse global teams
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, preferably including CTV, streaming TV models, or programmatic ad monetization
- Familiarity with agile software development and product operations best practices.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, California is $188,400 to $252,600 per year, in New York, New York is $197,400 to $264,700, and in Seattle, Washington is $197,400 to $264,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
