This includes taking feedback from stakeholders and quickly delivering back revisions that align with business objectives.
Provide production support for all for live and virtually produced events, inclusive of scheduling & stage-managing shoots, maintaining run of show in order for seamless program execution, working with script writers to ensure teleprompters are set up and formatted properly for talent, etc.
This includes design and editing of graphics, animations, stage management, VIP hospitality, handling of talent in preparations for being on stage, script management, etc.
Offer design support for both long-term and last-minute executive financial reports, focusing on formatting and brand design.

Strong eye for, and understanding of, brand standards and how to execute designs against them
Ability to work independently, take direction from multiple stakeholders and handle various projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently on assigned projects but confident enough to ask for guidance and input when needed
Works well in a team and with a wide range of personalities and job levels
Reciprocal attitude and openness to give and receive feedback
Preferred Education & Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
