The Finance and Operations team is an integral part of the Enterprise Sourcing team focused on setting the overarching Sourcing and Procurement strategy, monitoring functional and financial performance and overseeing enablement functions. The objectives of the team are to create vision, provide and maintain systems, tools, processes, and policy to enable one-source of truth, standardization, and consistency in Sourcing and Procurement service delivery. The Finance and Operations team supports the wider Sourcing team to maximize value as well as support key success drivers through governance.
Within the Enterprise Sourcing Finance and Operations team there are three key teams. This role sits in the Systems, Policy and Procedures team and will be focused on two key areas - Guided Buying administration and Knowledge Management.
Key responsibilities:
Guided Buying Administration
- Create and maintain Requisition line-item forms in Coupa.
- Update Guided Buying when there are system changes such as a new Taxonomy, inactive suppliers, organizational structure changes.
- Collaborate the Finance Partners to identify preferred suppliers by Country and Category.
- Partner with the ES Reporting team to link preferred suppliers to AIC spend.
- Collaborate with the category teams to identify new catalog opportunities. Oversee the creation, monitoring and maintenance of the catalogs.
- Identify system enhancements and strive for continuous improvement.
- Propose system enhancements and participate in design, testing and implementation.
Procurement - Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and distribute KPI’s to monitor compliance to procurement policies, preferred purchasing channel and preferred supplier usage.
- Monitor spend against Catalogs and identify spend leakage.
- Identify opportunities for better adoption of guided buying with the requestors.
Knowledge Management
- Maintain ES SharePoint, Teams Site and Sourcing FS help content.
- Partner with other ES teams to ensure training materials etc. up to date.
- Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed regularly.
- Strategy for internal documentation and team knowledge management
Ideal experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years Finance or Sourcing and Procurement experience.
- Business knowledge (organization structure, business functions, processes, procedures, objectives, goals, measurers, metrics, internal self-assessment processes etc.)
- Strong analytical
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a large team.
- Procurement experience.
