The Real Estate Broker Relationship & Outreach Coordinator will focus on broker and agent outreach, relationship management, and lead generation, playing a key role in expanding our network of buyers and sellers. This person will be a highly organized and relationship-driven individual with the ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with external real estate brokers and agents to generate incremental sales for Cotino, A Storyliving by Disney™ Community
Under the direction of Broker, the individual will ensure compliance with real estate regulations and licensed activities. This position requires exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with real estate brokers and agents, builders, sales teams, and other key stakeholders. A strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions will be essential in fostering productive broker partnerships.
The Real Estate Broker Relationship & Outreach Coordinator will report to Sales Director and sits in Rancho Mirage, CA. This role will not offer relocation benefits.
You Will:
Broker Relationship & Outreach:
Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with local as well as some regional external real estate brokers.
Host and assist in presenting Broker opens and other broker events within the Cotino including the Sales Studio, Artisan Club, Model homes and other community areas. In addition, host and present presentations at broker offices as appropriate.
Manage and have input to the development of our “Best Sellers” program
Initiate broker outreach through networking, cold calling, email marketing, and community engagement.
Serve as a liaison between the brokerage and external brokers, ensuring clear communication and support.
Provide brokers with up-to-date market data, property listings, and company policies.
Educate brokers on new product offerings, policies, and sales processes.
Track broker engagement, referrals, and transaction success, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Maintain and manage MLS.
Maintain an organized lead database using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Analyze lead conversion metrics and optimize outreach strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations by managing broker-approved marketing materials and contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
To build brand recognition, participate in local networking events, real estate conferences, and community organizations.
You Will Have:
3+ years of experience in real estate, business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, industry regulations, and transaction processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience with lead generation strategies, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple broker relationships simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mediate conflicts effectively.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
A valid Driver’s License is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active California Real estate license preferred
Education:
An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in Rancho Mirage, CA is $58,700.00-$78,600.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
