Team Description:
As part of Enterprise Technology, the Workforce Technology team leads the planning, selection, implementation, and sustainment of technologies supporting seamless and unique experiences for the global talent of The Walt Disney Company.
The Workforce Technology team is looking for a Senior Analyst to support product and application enhancements and projects. For this role, you will be an expert in functional understanding of SuccessFactors and SAP/S4 HANA. You will have expertise in HR and payroll data, data mapping and transformation and integrations.
The role is highly focused on supporting data movement among multiple enterprise HR systems and leading project teams within the integration space.
Responsibilities of Role:
Analysis of HR system enhancement requests, working with business stakeholders to determine functional requirements, integration challenges, global template impact, site specific or enterprise impact
Lead test efforts to include test preparation and execution (e.g., building test sets, using automated test tools to track test completion status, reporting out status, managing those performing functional tests, performing integration tests, creating test problem reports, re-testing)
Partner with DevOps teams to solution/architect enterprise scale integrations and extensible applications
Integration subject matter expert on enterprise projects from requirements gathering, solutioning, through post-implementation Hypercare
Lead small to medium scale projects related to system enhancements/implementations, working with business partners and external vendors
Ensure project milestones, goals and tasks are met in a timely manner
Drive conversations to determine best technical solution, feasibility of implementation given platform lifecycle and provide viable alternatives should initial requests not prove feasible
Evaluate current process and data flows for efficiency, accuracy and consistency
Understand business processes, requirements and system configuration
Adapt quickly to project landscape
Develop and monitor test plan for system enhancements
Must Haves:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP Systems including SAP S/4 HR (HCM, Org, Payroll) and SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
Strong foundation in technology and processes in HCM, Org, payroll, benefits, integrations and reporting
Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, building partnerships and collaborating
Positive attitude with ability to take initiative, being resourceful and flexible
Proven experience in process improvement
Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels of the organization
Detail oriented and excellent follow-through skills
Nice To Haves:
Experience with SuccessFactors Learning, Talent and Recruitment
Experience with Workday HCM and integrations
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Cloud Integration, data replication capabilities and Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $138,900.00 - $186,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
