- Ensure project milestones, goals, and tasks are met in a timely manner, managing risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
- Drive conversations to determine the best technical solutions, providing viable alternatives and balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP systems including SAP S/4 HR and Workday, guiding design decisions, integrations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and align product roadmaps with enterprise strategies and standards.
- Act as a resource and informal mentor for colleagues with less experience, sharing best practices in product management, integrations, and enterprise HR technology.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP systems: SAP S/4 HR (HCM, Org, Payroll) and Workday.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in product management, enterprise HR technology, or closely related domains.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or similar.
