Disney Corporate Creative Resources (DCCR) is a full-service creative and production organization that supports Disney’s internal corporate clients with strategic planning & communications, full-scale event production, video, graphic design, and emerging technology solutions. We deliver integrated, end-to-end projects that bring ideas to life across every touchpoint to ensure high-quality creative deliverables with cost-effective results. The DCCR Special Events team produces imaginative, turnkey experiences that inspire and connect— ranging from leadership meetings and employee engagement programs to large-scale conferences and select external-facing activations designed to reflect Disney’s creativity, innovation, and brand excellence.

The Sr. Producer, Special Events leads the creative vision, planning, and execution of high-profile corporate and employee engagement events hosted at the Robert A. Primary event types include internal employee programs, leadership and town hall meetings, milestone celebrations, networking and recognition events, community and diversity initiatives, and executive engagements. The role will also support other event activations taking place at the site, working in close partnership with the business unit clients, facilities, and other related departments.

As a senior leader within the Special Events team, the Sr. Producer will elevate the department’s creative and operational impact, bringing fresh ideas, ensuring flawless execution, and building trusted partnerships across divisions. This position plays a key role in shaping the New York campus event experience, fostering collaboration between local and Burbank-based teams, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest service. By blending creative storytelling with strong production and logistical expertise, the Sr. Producer will deliver events that engage employees, inspire connection, and exemplify Disney’s commitment to excellence in every detail.
