The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming’s profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. Our team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. If selected for this role, you will report to the Manager, Influencer Marketing. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the New York, NY area from June 2025-January 2026.
What You Will Do:
We are looking for an intern to assist in supporting our global influencer marketing efforts promoting our streaming platforms across paid media channels.
You will be exposed to the day-to-day responsibilities of working in the influencer marketing field for performance marketing, gain an understanding of campaign building, project management, cross functional team collaboration, and campaign critical metrics.
Our ideal candidate will have interest in digital and influencer marketing and a passion for all things marketing and social media. Our ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to support our influencer campaigns. You will bring a creative and flexible attitude to the role, which will be essential for the success of our influencer initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role which will work across the Disney business as well as high-profile external partners.
As our Paid Media Influencer Marketing Intern, you will:
Assist in running daily operations the influencer marketing campaign process
Help with drafting project briefs, creative briefs, and influencer contracts
Prospect and curate new talent for influencer campaigns
Opportunity to support in liaising with influencers for onboarding, content creation and relationship management
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like brand, legal, and strategy for campaign approvals and coordination.
Responsible for the collection, storage, and distribution of marketing assets such as images and videos across multiple databases
Work closely with other Paid Media marketing teams to help coordinate asset deliveries and campaign launches
Learn how to track, monitor and report on campaign performance against key critical metrics across social channels.
Conduct market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Passion for influencer marketing, pop culture and industry trends.
Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills working with colleagues across departments at all levels
Basic knowledge of various paid social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
Hardworking, proactive, eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges
Strategic self-starter and ability to prioritize many ongoing projects.
Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external collaborators.
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Airtable
Sense of humor and desire to have fun!
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Multilingual proficiency (Korean, French, or other)
Previous internship and/or work experience in an analytical field, preferably in paid media influencers space
Education:
Senior year preferred
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, media industry or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 through January 2026
Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York, NY area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
The pay rate for this role in New York is $22.00 per hour.
