Now, we’re looking for a Supervisor, Performance Marketing to join our Customer Retention Management team in Munich and help shape the next chapter of our streaming journey.
This role is part of the Performance Marketing function, playing a key role in driving subscriber acquisition and retention across EMEA. You’ll work closely with regional and international teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring they resonate with audiences and reflect the magic of Disney+.
This role is based in our Munich office, where you’ll join us 4 days a week, with either Monday or Friday working from home.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the localization of marketing materials and copy in Airtable, managing production with external agencies and internal creative teams.
Deliver marketing assets to stakeholders for owned channels and external partners, including Affiliates and CTV platforms.
Manage quality control of marketing materials, overseeing the approval process with legal, local, and international teams.
Localize Disney+ landing pages in collaboration with UK/US teams to ensure market relevance and brand consistency.
Analyze the efficiency of marketing campaigns, producing reports, identifying learnings, and developing actionable recommendations.
Partner with regional and international teams to understand market needs across EMEA and integrate them into campaign execution.
Support influencer marketing initiatives through creative concept development, influencer sourcing, and agency liaison.
What You’ll Bring
A university degree or equivalent experience in marketing, media, or a related field.
Professional experience in marketing or media technology is valued—vocational training and relevant experience are equally welcome.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, DV360, SA360, and YouTube.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Confidence in working with diverse stakeholders across creative, media and technical teams.
Proficient in tools and platforms including Airtable, Jira, Trello, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of work.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in a fast-paced media environment; ideally within an international matrix organization.
