The Advertising Operations Executive position will be responsible for managing Ad Sales accounts across Disney Advertising platforms, including Disney+, ESPN, and digital properties, from booking to deal completion.

The Advertising Operations Executive position is responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery and management across Disney Advertising platforms, including Disney+, ESPN, and digital properties, overseeing campaigns from booking through to activation, optimisation, and deal completion.

Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

  • Proactive account management of key advertisers and media agencies
  • Ownership of managing campaigns, including booking and monitoring deals to ensure full delivery and meeting client objectives
  • Developing and maintaining excellent external relationships; acting as the primary day to day contact for clients, advertising agencies, and creative agencies throughout a campaign
  • Work closely with Sales, Creative Solutions, Editorial, and Product teams to create innovative sponsorship solutions focusing on company goals and client KPI’s
  • Campaign stewardship (reporting, billing, screenshot requests), ad trafficking, and full delivery and performance analysis
  • Support Revenue and Yield Management by monitoring and optimizing streaming ad inventory, tracking sell through rates and revenue performance. Build and maintain reporting on inventory health to identify key opportunities for growing yield.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 1-2+ years digital campaign management experience
  • Previous experience in planning or campaign management with a large publisher, media owner, or media agency
  • Experience working with a global streaming platform is highly advantageous – or a deep curiosity and drive to do so
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate insights clearly.
  • Comfortable diagnosing data issues and proposing practical solutions
  • Knowledge and interest in digital media, especially advertising across platforms and devices
  • Experience working with digital advertising tools and comfort working with emerging technologies
