This job is a permanent position based 4 days a week in our office in Madrid.
What will you do
As part of the Marketing Disney+ team, you will work under the supervision of a Brand and Content Marketing Manager. You will contribute to the operational development and implementation of the approved Brand Marketing strategy for Disney+ .
You will support campaign planning, cross‑functional alignment, and creative delivery, acting as a key partner to the Brand and Content Marketing Manager.
You will ensure that all advertising campaigns and marketing assets are executed with excellence, consistency, and attention to detail, contributing to both day‑to‑day operations and broader strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the more senior members of your team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate and support the implementation of advertising campaigns (series, films, documentaries, and branded content) across channels.
- Support the Brand Marketing Manager in building 360° campaign plans, aligning with Social, PR, Content, and regional counterparts.
- Manage timelines, approvals, asset delivery, and campaign readiness across internal and external stakeholders.
Creative Development & Asset Management
- Contribute to the development of creative briefs for offline, digital, AV, and social campaigns, ensuring briefs are strategic, clear, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Review and consolidate creative feedback from internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
- Own and update the cross‑project makelist, ensuring visibility of asset needs across multiple campaigns.
- Oversee asset approval workflows via Zendesk, ensuring smooth communication with regional teams and timely turnaround.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Act as a day‑to‑day contact for Publicis, digital agencies, and media partners, ensuring correct and timely delivery of assets.
- Partner with Social, PR, Partnerships, and Content teams to ensure campaign coherence and message alignment.
- Support positioning and launch plans for local productions, providing insights on audiences, tone, and creative direction.
Market Insights & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and competitor activity to support data‑driven decision-making.
- Prepare campaign wrap-ups and assist the Brand Marketing Manager in extracting learnings and optimizations.
- Maintain awareness of platform trends, audience shifts, and creative best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What we expect of you
- Higher education degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A significant first experience in marketing, entertainment, media, digital, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of multi‑channel campaign execution, creative processes, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent project management skills: organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in tools such as Zendesk, asset management systems, and / or digital campaign platforms is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and work proactively with internal and external partners.
- Passion for the entertainment and streaming industry, with strong knowledge of series, cinema, and pop culture.
