We are looking for a Senior Analyst, International Consumer Payments, to join our Treasury Department here at Disney!
The Walt Disney Company’s Treasury Department is responsible for developing and implementing the global direct-to-consumer payments strategy, establishing appropriate risk management and risk mitigation measures, identifying and executing operational and financial efficiencies, and managing global internal and external relationships in the consumer payments space. With total consumer payment volume exceeding $40B per year across the enterprise, the consumer payments group collaborates with all lines of business and senior management to ensure enterprise-wide alignment of initiatives and adherence to policies.
As a Senior Analyst, the postholder will contribute to EMEA consumer payments initiatives for the enterprise by providing support for regional operations, controls and compliance activities. This includes actively participating on project teams for new business initiatives, ensuring appropriate level of controls are enforced, and supporting the lines of business in resolving operational issues.
Please note: This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

What You Will Do
Lead regional merchant account operations, following global ECP policies and procedures, by processing requests from the lines of business for new accounts and amendments to existing account. Ensure all account actions are captured and maintained in the centralized merchant account database. Support global periodic audits and remediation activities to ensure compliance with policy.
Support regional lines of business and shared services teams by leading resolution for operational issues, such as payment failures, reporting inconsistencies and/or any other issue impacting payment performance. Interact with third-parties to communicate requests and priorities in support of the lines of business and ECP priorities.
Lead regional acquirer KYC and underwriting processes, following established global processes, for new launches and parodic renewals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect the necessary information to satisfy all acquirer requirements.
Support consumer payments initiatives undertaken by the Enterprise, including providing project management support, supporting problem solving, issue resolution and project execution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand details, trade-offs, and ramifications of various alternatives.
Monitor regional consumer payment KPIs, leveraging an established global framework, and lead investigation via data analytics and insights as issues are identified. Participate in project teams with internal and external stakeholders to communicate issues and support resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
An experienced Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, audit/compliance or operational functions.
Experience with transaction businesses, or businesses that rely on processing volume / scale.
Prior experience in working across functions and business units.
Strong organizational skills, follow up and follow through are required.
Excellent matrix management skills, able to work with different organizations proactively and positively in a project setting.
Ability to multi-task and operate within an organization conducting business in multiple time zones is required.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining absolute professionalism and a customer service mindset.
Proven ability to develop and deliver both written and verbal communications to all levels of the enterprise.
Ability to learn new subject matters quickly and become a subject matter expert to the lines of business on consumer payment compliance topics.
Ability to identify potential issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies in advance of significant business impact.
Ability to conduct deep dive analysis and present information to key stakeholders in a digestible way.
