This internship is a unique opportunity to collaborate with many of The Walt Disney Company Lines of Business (LOBs) including, Disney Entertainment (Studios and General Entertainment) and Disney Experiences (Disney Consumer Products and Parks & Resorts). You will also work across all core brands including Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, and National Geographic.
As an intern, you will gain a holistic insight into The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) and will work with teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). During this internship, you will support the team to translate global strategies and objectives into impactful execution plans that reflect the opportunities and local nuances of the EMEA markets.

Brand and Franchise Marketing Intern
The Brand & Franchise Marketing team are responsible for the delivery of campaigns that maximise opportunities within our business priorities – managing all aspects of campaign delivery, communication with other lines of business and ensuring relevant metrics are in place to measure and report success.
You will gain exposure to all lines of businesses (Studios, Disney+, Disney Consumer Products, etc.) and TWDC brands and franchises, including, Disney Princess, Mickey & Friends, Pixar, National Geographic and more! You will gain hands-on experience in campaign strategy, brand health analysis, and project management. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your creative thinking and strategic mindset, contributing to the activity that builds brand awareness and drives engagement with Disney brands.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern
As a Customer Relationship Management Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting Disney’s brand and franchises through the delivery of industry-leading email marketing campaigns across all EMEA markets and lines of business. You will be working with creative agencies to craft briefs, copywrite, and approve designs to the highest standards. Working closely with the data team, you’ll help analyse campaign performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of Disney’s CRM efforts. You’ll develop your project management skills and become proficient in CRM technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your creativity and copywriting skills to make every campaign as magical as possible for audiences and help to grow and engage the distribution list.
This is an office-based internship. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).
Eligibility
Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027
Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
Available to start working full time from June 2026
