Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (DMED) brings together the Disney’s best-in-class product, technology, and commercialization teams together into one global organization. DMED is responsible for the P&L management and all distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and certain key technology functions worldwide for the Company’s content engines. DMED also manages operations of the Company’s streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ Hotstar; and domestic broadcast and cable television networks.

Part of the Integrated Marketing & Partnerships (Southeast Asia) team, this role is based in Indonesia and responsible for the Indonesian market across multiple lines of business – spanning Direct-to-Consumer (Disney+), Brand & Franchise, Studio Entertainment, and Channel & Affiliates.

The Creative Manager is required to drive our dynamic creative efforts for the Disney brand in Indonesia – sitting within the in-house multidisciplinary Southeast Asian Creative team responsible for driving dynamic marketing efforts and producing best-in-class creative assets and experiences to deliver on the Disney brand promise. We are looking for an energetic and proactive self-starter with the ability to produce award-winning and innovative creatives. You must possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment, be a strong fan of our brands and have excellent communication skills.

This role is responsible for advising, coordinating and collaborating with internal and external teams to conceptualize and generate impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to our brand vision and guidelines. He/she will be part of a team that produces multi-platform audio-visual, digital, graphic design, and live event creative executions. Digital experience is critical. He/she will work closely with marketing teams to understand brand and business objectives and formulate creative concepts for specific target audience segments. He/she will also coordinate with creative vendors, freelancers and internal/external production resources for all marketing initiatives.

Responsabilités:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to conceptualize and generate impactful 360 creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to Disney’s brand vision and guidelines
  • Provide guidance for the creation of exceptional creatives targeted at families, young adults and millennials
  • Work closely with marketing teams to understand brand and business objectives and formulate creative concepts around marketing opportunities
  • Advise on creative vision and style guides for large-scale live experiences
  • Liaise and coordinate with creative vendors, agencies and other external production resources for all marketing initiatives
  • Provide advice and guidance for the production of creative pitch kits for external marketing partnerships (Powerpoint and Keynote)
  • Coordinate and collaborate in relation to creative projects from initial concept to final execution
  • Ensure compliance with Disney standards and practices and legal and financial procedures
  • Provide advice and guidance for the development of 2D and 3D concept designs across multiple platforms including videos, digital, print and outdoors
  • Advise on all key-arts and photography shoots as required

Qualifications Nécessaires:

  • Diploma/degree with 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a digital business/department; tenure with a high-profile, fast-moving, consumer-facing brand is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, with a keen interest in streaming services and the competitive landscape – particularly in Indonesia
  • A strong creative portfolio, with experience in leading and working with creative teams in all facets of creative asset production – storyboarding, scripting, creative briefs, GFX and post-production
  • Working knowledge of graphic design software e.g. Adobe Photoshop/AfterEffects will be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and high personal creative standards
  • Demonstrate a passion for strategic, collaborative and creative problem-solving in order to develop compelling ideas that are on brand and meet business objectives
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in managing creative workflows and budgets, with a ready roster of efficient and effective agencies and vendors
  • Highly-creative, well-organized and pro-active, being trusted to take ownership within a defined area
