About the role
The Studio Intern will support the marketing team in delivering creative and operational tasks for theatrical releases across Turkey. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry, contributing to the execution of marketing campaigns for some of the world’s most beloved brands, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars.
Working closely with the local marketing team, the intern will assist in content creation, localization processes, social media monitoring, and campaign coordination. This position is ideal for a student passionate about cinema and digital media, eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What will you do
- Support the development of marketing materials and creative concepts for theatrical releases.
- Assist in preparing marketing decks and translating content between Turkish and English.
- Coordinate with agencies and third parties to manage the localization of A/V, digital, printed, and premium materials.
- Participate in campaign and agency meetings, taking notes and assisting with follow-ups.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, feedback, and competitor activity; maintain a log of insights and inspiration.
- Contribute creative ideas using available assets to support campaign development.
- Stay informed on emerging digital and social trends, sharing relevant updates with the team.
- Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure all digital activities reflect Disney’s values: Integrity, Creativity, Collaboration, Community, and Inclusion.
What will you bring
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program.
- Available to work full-time (5 days/week), remotely.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong interest in cinema, media, and the entertainment industry.
- Passion for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars franchises.
- Keen interest in digital media and social trends.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of macOS is a plus.
