  • Develop long-term platform strategies, including system lifecycle planning, modernization roadmaps, and decommissioning of legacy technologies.

  • Evaluate emerging security technologies and define adoption strategies aligned to business needs and threat landscape evolution.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership:

  • Design end-to-end system solutions that meet functional, operational, and security requirements across diverse environments.

  • Partner with Enterprise Technology engineers to align system designs with broader enterprise architecture and infrastructure standards.

  • Maintain physical and logical system architecture documentation to ensure alignment with production environments.

Standards, Governance & Optimization:

  • Establish and enforce minimum system standards, design principles, and governance frameworks across all Global Security platforms.

  • Develop user guides and technical standards to ensure consistent system usage and reduce operational variability.

  • Identify and drive system optimization opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Alignment:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Global Security, GSDE, Enterprise Technology, and business unit stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs.

  • Influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership on technology strategy, platform decisions, and investment priorities.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct research and evaluation of off-the-shelf and emerging technologies to enhance Global Security capabilities.

  • Participate in technical forums, training, and certifications to stay current on industry trends and innovations.

  • Ensure Global Security remains technologically agile and prepared for evolving risks and operational demands.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
