The Ecommerce Events Specialist supports online and event-based retail experiences, ensuring seamless execution of product offerings, inventory management, and guest engagement. This team partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accurate, and engaging ecommerce experiences across multiple channels and events.
You will report to the Assistant Manager – Mickey’s of Glendale E-Commerce
This is a Project Hire position without any guarantee of permanent placement.
What You Will Do:
Support execution of ecommerce operations including online store updates, site content, and off-campus shopping events
Assist with management of product assortment, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising presentation on ecommerce platforms
Maintain and update website content including product listings, promotions, and merchandising features to ensure accuracy and optimal presentation
Coordinate ecommerce calendars to support site updates, campaigns, and product launches within required timelines
Partner with leadership to communicate site updates, system issues, and development priorities
Support online and event-based retail activations including D23 and internal project team offerings
Perform daily site audits to ensure accuracy of content, merchandising, and overall user experience
Assist guests with order placement, tracking, and returns while maintaining strong guest service standards
Support fulfillment operations including packaging, shipping, and inventory coordination
Participate in off-site events and conventions, representing the brand professionally
Required Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of experience in ecommerce, retail operations, inventory management, or guest service
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and POS systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and partners
Ability to analyze and maintain accurate ecommerce content, inventory, and merchandising presentation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow established processes
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work on ladders as needed
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and off-site events
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with ecommerce platforms, merchandising systems (e.g., SIMBA), or inventory management tools
Experience supporting retail events, conventions, or multi-channel sales environments
Visual merchandising or digital presentation experience
Familiarity with themed entertainment or consumer products environments
Education:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in Retail, Marketing, Business, or a related field required

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, California is $59,600-$79,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
