The Labor Admin Associate for Disney Vacation Club plays a key role within the Labor Operations team, supporting Disney Vacation Club Member Experiences, including both Contact Center and park operations. This position provides comprehensive labor support for a team of over 400 hourly and salaried Cast Members across a variety of operational areas. Serving as the central point of coordination, Labor Admin Associates oversee Cast activities using a suite of labor management tools and Avaya Telecom software to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The Labor Admin Associate reports to the Labor Manager and sits in Celebration, FL.

You Will:

  • Plan, manage, and monitor all labor support functions for DVC Member Experiences operations, including schedule planning (preferences, adjustments, time-off requests, extra hours, meetings, and training).

  • Oversee day-to-day operational staffing across multiple functions (Contact Center, park operations, and Member events), addressing needs to ensure productivity, service goals, and labor objectives are met or exceeded.

  • Audit and manage scheduling and payroll records using MY TIME, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues in partnership with Labor Administration, Time Team, and Leave Administration.

  • Provide operational updates to leadership regarding service performance, staffing assignments, attendance issues, and documentation needs.

  • Support Cast Members with scheduling, payroll, and leave of absence inquiries, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies.

  • Respond to a dedicated phone line to assist internal Cast with Guest Service-related needs.

  • Complete ad hoc labor tasks and projects as directed.

You Will Have:

  • 1 + years of experience in operational support, labor administration, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on scheduling, payroll management, and workforce coordination.

  • Demonstrated ability to make quick, logical decisions in real-time to optimize scheduling and improve efficiency.

  • Proven commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality, upholding Disney’s standards for business integrity.

  • Proficiency in Windows-based systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.

  • Skilled in self-prioritization and consistently meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience driving financial success and operational efficiency in fast-paced, guest service-oriented settings.

  • Capable of working independently while thriving in collaborative team environments.

  • Eager to learn and adapt to new software applications and evolving procedures in a growing organization.

  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of experience in deployment, operations coordination, or a comparable labor-focused role.

  • Strong knowledge of contact center operations and associated performance metrics.

  • Demonstrated understanding of labor policies and procedures.

  • Hands-on experience with workforce management tools such as eWorkforce Planning/NICE IEX, GEMS, CDS, Avaya, SAP, Workday, MY TIME, or similar labor management software.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Labor or related field.
