The Disney+ Product Marketing Team is seeking an MBA intern to support product marketing and loyalty initiatives. They will contribute to strategic analysis, business case development, project management, stakeholder engagement, and creating compelling stories and presentations. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic and analytical work with operational execution, contributing at both the team and leadership level to enhance the subscriber experience at Disney+.
What You Will Do:
The Disney+ Product Marketing Team is seeking an MBA intern to support product marketing and loyalty initiatives. They will contribute to strategic analysis, business case development, project management, stakeholder engagement, and creating compelling stories and presentations. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic and analytical work with operational execution, contributing at both the team and leadership level to enhance the subscriber experience at Disney+.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research, subscriber behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform marketing and loyalty strategies.
- Business Case Development: Support financial modeling, scenario planning, and evaluation of new product features and Perks initiatives.
- Project Management: Assist in tracking deliverables, utilizing Airtable, and managing strategic roadmaps for new features, experiences, and loyalty initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support internal and external stakeholder alignment and partner relationships.
- Presentations & Storytelling: Synthesize complex information into compelling presentations and recommendations for both team-level and executive audiences.
- Marketing Support: Help in developing and implementing marketing strategies for new features, experiences, and loyalty initiatives.
- Leadership Support: Provide strategic insights and operational support to the leadership team.
- Branding and Messaging: Assist in creating branding guides, positioning statements, and compelling stories.
- Asset Management: Track and maintain assets related to new features, experiences, and loyalty initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Passion for marketing and streaming
- Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills working with colleagues across departments at all levels
- Ability to craft stories and create visually appealing presentations
- Hardworking, proactive, eager to learn, and willing to tackle new challenges
- Well-organized, with positive relationship-building and time-management skills
- Strategic self-starter and ability to prioritize many ongoing projects
- Highly analytical mindset, resourceful with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Sense of humor and desire to have fun!
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, or business case development
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, PowerPoint (or similar tools), with experience using project management platforms
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics) to translate insights into clear recommendations
- Prior exposure to entertainment, streaming, technology, or consumer subscription businesses
- Strong storytelling skills to turn data and analysis into compelling narratives for executives and cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic analysis with creative marketing execution
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with loyalty, product marketing, or consumer engagement programs
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting strategies in fast-changing, dynamic industries
Education:
- Must be in pursuit of an MBA or Masters in Marketing or Business at time of application.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information:
- This internship is a full-time commitment from January 2026-June 2026
- Fully available for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Glendale, CA area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
