How will you contribute to our magical experience?
We are looking for a strategically minded and automation-driven Executive Reporting Supervisor to join our Streaming business. This role is responsible for consolidating a high-level view of performance across the region and delivering automated, AI-enhanced executive reports that support strategic decision-making, while also executive presentations with storytelling needed.
The core focus of this position is the design and optimization of reporting processes through automation and artificial intelligence tools, ensuring scalable, real-time, and insight-driven information delivery. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working with data, leveraging AI solutions, and translating business updates into clear executive narratives.
The Supervisor, Executive Reporting & Automation will be responsible for:
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions, integrating data from multiple sources using BI and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Power BI, Looker, ChatGPT, Python, etc.).
- Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports, highlighting progress on key business initiatives and KPIs.
- Use AI tools to enhance reporting workflows, generate insights, and reduce manual tasks across recurring reports.
- Collect and synthesize updates from cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Content, etc.) into strategic business reports.
- Partner with Finance to assess and align on the financial implications of business initiatives. Monitor and track the evolution of priority projects across the Streaming and Pay TV ecosystem.
- Build compelling presentations and data visualizations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Ensure efficiency, consistency, and real-time access to key business insights.
- Support alignment and collaboration with regional and global teams on reporting standards.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 4+ years of proven experience in business reporting, operations, analytics, or strategic planning.
- Experience implementing automated reporting systems or AI-driven solutions is strongly preferred.
- Background in media, tech, entertainment, or consulting is a plus.
- Prior exposure to project management or PMO environments is beneficial.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools (e.g., Airtable, SQL).
- Experience using or implementing AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4, AutoML, AI copilots, Python scripts).
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into executive insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about innovation and continuous improvement
- Advanced level of English.
