  • Define clear KPIs and keep dashboard documentation up to date.
  • Set up and organize a SharePoint Online site to centralize contract documentation, policies, and training materials.
  • Design logical document libraries, metadata schemas, and permission structures to support audit-readiness and ease of access.
  • Create and maintain onboarding and training resources for team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify repetitive tasks and design automated workflows to streamline reconciliation, approvals, and alerts using Power Automate.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to automate recurring data pulls, transformations, and reconciliation checks.
  • Partner with the Revenue Accounting team to document current processes and implement improvements.
  • Serve as a point of reference on data and reporting tools within the team.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure data consistency.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual work and strengthen financial controls.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • +3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or financial operations analytical role.
  • Degree in economy, finance, accounting or related fields.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX measures, and report publishing)
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate for building approval and notification workflows.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online (site creation, libraries, permissions, metadata).
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query and pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • Self-driven, independent thinker, comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
