How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
In this role, as an Analyst Sourcing Specialist you will support the operationalization and implementation of Sourcing strategies.
The Analyst Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for:
Drive the negotiation process and lead cross-functional Sourcing projects.
Assist in the development and execution of performance management programs.
Analyze market trends, total cost/provision to identify cost reduction opportunities and their impact on the business. Research and implement best sourcing practices.
Support the organization's Sourcing activities. Will be responsible for identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, negotiating, and agreeing on contract terms and conditions in line with business requirements.
Prepare and issue RFPs to suppliers and supporting the analysis of their responses.
Support the negotiation process with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, etc. Will also be responsible for reviewing contracts.
Conduct extensive market research to have a solid understanding of their support areas.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor degree in administration and related careers.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and/or progressive experience.
- Advanced level of English (required).
- Solid understanding of general end-to-end Sourcing knowledge.
- Ability to communicate clearly, including excellent verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze data and summarize key points.
- This is a temp role for 6 months.
