Responsabilités:

  • Monitor Closed Circuit Surveillance System (CCTV) overseeing the embarking and disembarking of the guests and crew from/to the Vessel from/to the resort grounds all covered resort grounds
  • Simultaneously view, listen, enter data, retrieve information, and radio dispatch services
  • Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
  • Prioritize incoming situations and incidents and deploy Crew/Managers.
  • Review and understand the Port Facility Security Plan.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing and able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities in a high pressure, fast paced, team environment.
  • Capture critical information accurately and quickly in a limited amount of time.
  • Respond to fire detection alarms as directed
  • Maintain Guest, Crew and company confidentiality.
  • Maintain security related equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Cast Members at all levels and all lines of business to provide excellent service to our Guests and Cast.
  • Review and understand the Port Facility Security Plan.
  • Secure and preserve video evidence in any personal injury accident scene, crime scene which has been committed in their presence
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Security Officer

Qualifications Nécessaires:

  • Two years’ experience in security surveillance procedures. Vocational Training in Security CCTV (Airports/Maritime/Casinos)
  • Dispatch experience under pressure
  • Computer literacy required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Police / Military Police Very Helpful

This role is based on Disney’s private island in the Bahamas.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Obtain a criminal background check
  • Bring approved work shoes
