The Disneyland Resort® invites you to explore spa opportunities at our upcoming Hiring Event on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Qualified candidates will be invited to attend this in-person event, where they will have the opportunity to meet with our Recruitment Team and Spa Leadership to learn more about our dynamic teams delivering unparalleled Guest experiences in a luxury spa environment.
This event is open to the public and will focus on hiring for specific licensed roles only. Qualified walk-in candidates may have the opportunity to apply and interview on site.

Qualifications Nécessaires:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for these roles
- Must currently hold and maintain an active California license/certification for the role of interest: Massage Therapist (CAMTC), Cosmetologist and/or Barber license, Esthetician license
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations independently while utilizing service recovery techniques
- Complete knowledge of services and products, with the ability to educate Guests
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to complete tasks independently
- Ability to memorize and deliver scripted content
- Enthusiasm and a commitment to exceptional Guest service
- Proactive in anticipating Guest needs and receptive to special requests
Compétences Souhaitées:
- Strong computer knowledge
- Prior spa experience; familiarity with spa products, services, and terminology
- Previous leadership experience in a spa environment
- Prior sales experience is helpful and comfortable with suggestive selling
- Bilingual preferred

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
